Who I work with

I work with people who want to improve their health in a way that’s practical, sustainable and grounded in evidence.

Many of my clients are women in midlife and older who are looking to:

• build and preserve muscle as they age
• protect bone density and support long-term health
• improve metabolic health and energy levels
• maintain a healthy weight
• develop nutrition habits that fit easily into everyday life
• ensure adequate nutrition while using GLP-1 medications

While this is my primary focus, I also work with people of all ages who want clear, practical nutrition guidance to support their health goals.

Why nutrition needs to change in midlife

Many women spend years caring for everyone else — their children, their ageing parents, their work and their homes — often putting their own health last.

By midlife, most begin to recognise the importance of prioritising their own health.

At the same time, the body begins to change. Muscle mass gradually declines, bone density can decrease and the way the body regulates energy and blood sugar can change. These shifts can affect energy levels, strength, weight and long-term health.

But these changes are not inevitable.

Nutrition plays an important role in preserving muscle, protecting bone health and supporting metabolic health so you can stay strong and energised.
