Who I help
I work primarily with women in midlife and beyond who want to take a proactive approach to their health.
Many are already exercising and trying to eat well, but find that the strategies that worked earlier in life no longer produce the same results. Changes in muscle mass, body composition and metabolic health often require a more intentional approach to nutrition.
With so much health information — and misinformation — available online, many people are not looking for more advice. They are looking for clarity about what applies to them, along with support and accountability to turn good intentions into lasting habits.
Common goals
People often come for support to:
• stay strong and maintain muscle as they age
• improve metabolic health and feel more energised day to day
• maintain a healthy weight without restrictive dieting
• protect bone density and support long-term health
• develop eating habits that are practical and sustainable
• ensure they’re getting adequate nutrition while using GLP-1 medications
Many of these goals are interconnected.
Supporting muscle, metabolic and bone health in midlife can make a meaningful difference not only in how you feel today, but also in helping to protect your long-term health.
Together we focus on practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies that support strength, energy and healthy ageing.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, you’re welcome to book a consultation.
