One-to-one consultations provide personalised nutrition guidance tailored to your goals, lifestyle and health history.
We begin with an initial consultation where we explore your goals, health history and current eating patterns. From there, we develop practical strategies to support your strength, energy and metabolic health.
Follow-up consultations provide structure and support as you put these changes into practice and adapt them over time.
